The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to the mall and other nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the comfortable beds were a big plus.

Unfortunately, the Christmas dinner served was not up to our expectations and lacked variety. Additionally, the heating in our room was not working properly and it was quite chilly. Despite these grievances, we still enjoyed our stay overall.

The hotel's location was excellent! It was just a short walk away from the city's famous shopping area, making it the perfect location for our city trip. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to find free Wi-Fi and complementary breakfast during our stay. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and it was very delicious. We also loved how the room was spacious and provided a comfortable stay.

The pool area was quite disappointing. The pool was only open for a few hours and the water was too cold to swim in. We were looking forward to lounging in the hot tub, but it seemed to be neglected and needed cleaning. Additionally, the locker room was not properly maintained and could have been cleaner. our city trip was enjoyable and we appreciated the hotel's prime location and complementary breakfast. However, improvements to the pool and locker room would have made our stay even better.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch and well-maintained, and they provided convenient parking for guests. Additionally, the location was extremely convenient for the event I attended.

Nothing is perfect.

We recently had a romantic escape and stayed at a hotel for two days, making the most of the amenities and value offered. The breakfast buffet was definitely a plus, with a wide range of options to choose from. The friendly and polite staff made our stay even better. Additionally, the hotel is located in a great area, close to many restaurants and attractions.

There were a few downsides to our stay. Although the room was clean, it had a stale smell and the sheets didn't seem fresh. The pool was not well maintained and had a very unpleasant smell. The hot tub was out of order and we were not able to use it. our experience was a bit disappointing.

This hotel has a great location close to stores and shopping centers. Guests can easily find what they need nearby. The breakfast is delicious and has many options to choose from. Additionally, this hotel has a stunning view of the surrounding area that guests can enjoy from their rooms. For leisure, guests can access the fitness center or the pool, and as a solo traveller, I found the lobby area a great place to work or relax.

The hotel's noise levels can be disturbing at times.

Appreciated the pool. The hotel is in the busy district. Besides, gaithersburg community museum is 15 minutes' drive away...

No reason to complain, the venue met my needs. The room was very clean and had a comfy bed. Outstanding meals at hotel.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in on a vacation. We ate late supper and breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and it was excellent food for the price and the portions were more than adequate. Location was right off of the interstate and easy to find. It was close to the Metra into DC.Staff was always smiling and helpful.

Hairdryer attachment to wall broke, no fan in bathroom, and if you turned facet on too much, it went all over the counter. Difficult getting in and out of parking lot, because different areas were roped off. Seem very outdated. Windows very dirty, and difficult to look out of.

Hotel was good, we liked it even though it was a short stay.

The front desk agent was really unfriendly and unprofessional. He argued and delayed us for no reason.we had made our reservation online before we got there so really there was no reason to argue or delay us. We were tired and just needed to get to bed.it's either he need more training or he's just not the guy for the job.

Close to parents home in Gaithersburgh

Staff at desk was unable to tell what tv networks (channels) unaware..... Room was dirty behind chair (chips on floor) room had to be re-vacumed Television had poor clarity, had to call maintenance to service reception (poor) WiFi never worked....

The AC was not cool enough in the room. We all slept without blankets and the pool didnt open until 10 which killed our potential morning dip but everything else was really great.

Didn't eat at the hotel. My wife's allergies started acting up during the night. I Don't know if it was the air in the room or what. Clean sheets and bathroom. The shower water is like a fire hose.
